Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production Time

All custom, printed, and made-to-order items require production time before dispatch. Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for standard custom orders
  • Variable production time for bulk or B2B orders — an estimated timeline will be confirmed at the point of order or quotation

Production begins once full payment has been received and, where applicable, artwork or design approval has been confirmed. We will notify you of any delays.


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK: 1–3 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.


3. Shipping Methods

We ship via Royal Mail and selected courier partners, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The most appropriate shipping method will be selected at the time of dispatch.


4. Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive this via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. Delivery Address Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a complete and accurate delivery address is provided at the time of ordering. Top Secrets Clothing Ltd cannot be held liable for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@topsecretsclothing.com. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.


6. Courier & Customs Delays

Once an order has been dispatched and is in the possession of our courier partner, Top Secrets Clothing Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control.


7. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@topsecretsclothing.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Claims made outside of this window may be more difficult to investigate and resolve.


8. International Orders — Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and will not be reimbursed by Top Secrets Clothing Ltd.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
